TOWELS, LINENS & LAUNDRY

Please do not remove towels or linens from the property

If you use the washer/dryer, please clean the lint trap after use
TRASH

Please place trash in the provided bins

Do not leave trash outside the home
HVAC & UTILITIES

Please keep doors and windows closed while AC/heat is running

Set thermostat responsibly to conserve energy
CHECK-OUT REMINDERS
Checkout is at 11:00 AM
Before leaving, please:

Place used towels in the bathroom or laundry area

Load and start the dishwasher (if used)

Take out trash if bins are full

Lock all doors and windows (if key was used, please place back in lock box)
* No need to strip beds or start laundry unless requested.

My name is Jessilyn and I'm so happy you've chosen to stay with us! I'm originally from southern California, but I've lived in Hawaii, Japan, Seattle, and Chicago. I've traveled a bunch too and have stayed at plenty Airbnb's myself. I wanted to create a space away from home where people can relax and have fun with the ones they love.
